Shipping Policies

What do you ship?

All of our products are shippable. Please be aware certain items such as wine presentation boxes, humidors, can holders, etc. are customized decorative holders and do not include the items they are intended to hold. Please see product descriptions to see what is included in the purchased items.

When do you ship?

It is our goal is to ship orders within one week of receiving notification of cleared payment and final approval of the custom proof we provide to you.

How do you ship?

Items will be shipped via UPS ground delivery unless otherwise specified in your order.

Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges unless promoted on the site or noted on your invoice, including the additional cost of shipping should you choose to upgrade the shipping service.

Proofread your order carefully before submitting your order for processing. Shipping information can be changed by contacting LaserFocus prior to shipping. If a delivery is refused for any reason, or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address you will be charged a penalty that may include, but may not be limited to, extra shipping charges.

How to track an order that’s been shipped?

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email that your order is complete, and provide a tracking number for your convenience.

Damage Claims

Please contact us with all claims for damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt of goods. If an item is damaged during shipment, we will immediately replace it at no charge to you. Just send us a picture of the damaged item and a replacement will be sent out immediately.
