When ordering, please make sure that the customized engraving information you have provided is accurate. Double check your order when we send you a proof. That will be your final opportunity to make changes in your design. Once we receive your approval of the proof, we will engrave, package and ship your products to you. If you are not completely satisfied with your product when it arrives, we will replace the item or refund your money.

- We guarantee our craftsmanship completely and that your gift will be engraved as you ordered it. If it’s not right, we will remake or refund your purchase price. You will verify that all information is accurate when you finalize and approve the proof we will email to you prior to personalizing.
Please contact us with all claims for damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt of goods. If an item is damaged during shipment, we will immediately replace it at no charge to you. Just send us a picture of the damaged item and a replacement will be sent out immediately.
